The way I would literally take anything before a cold shower I hate them I try to do it for a week like not even for like months in the pandemic hated it

Obviously the cold water because that's good for your skin like I can't do it now because it's just freezing cold but if I have no choice then it's gonna be better for them in the long run and baths are disgusting so that was never an option for me
