Actually don't think it's a sodium issue. I mean you obviously can't add salt to the vinegar But I think it's more of a fermenting issue So like the longer you keep it in the vinegar the like saltier feel it gets more briny it gets you know what I mean but I don't think it's a sodium issue.

Sage, I'm with you. I don't know what it is about getting older, but someday you just wake up and your palate's like different. And it's just like there's nothing you can do about it. Like, funyons? I love funyons, they're my go-to for my whole life, but like, they're getting a little crazy. They're getting a little too salty for me.
