Does gaming improve mental health? Hell yeah man! It stimulates the mind. Like really, it takes your mind off things. And sometimes people, you know, play games to not think about the hardships in life. Yeah, most definitely.

Oh yeah, 100% I think it can definitely improve mental health if it's done the right way.

For sure. For me personally, it makes me more content and I calm down when I play games because I'm so like into it, like I'm enjoying it. So yeah, I would say so.

You know what, I think there's a fine line. Because some people say gaming is a waste of time. Instead of playing games, you can actually go and fix your life in the real world. But I think sometimes it's alright to spend a few hours just to socialise and have fun. As long as you're not doing it too much.
