I think I would give up my phone, honestly, because I can't bring my laptop everywhere and I'm fine with that and I can go on social media on my laptop if I really wanted to. And I can send messages, like I think I can go without my phone.

Already do this. I don't even have cell phone service. I only use really easy internet when I'm at home I think more people should do that and be more aware of their surroundings when they go outside People are so stuck on their phones that it really is an addiction and I can understand it, but we need to break that cycle
