One month of no phone or no laptop or computer

I think I would give up my phone, honestly, because I can't bring my laptop everywhere and I'm fine with that and I can go on social media on my laptop if I really wanted to. And I can send messages, like I think I can go without my phone.

I'll say the computer because I use my phone more.

I think no phone. I thought no I'll take that back. No laptop, no computer because phone I would need to you know just so I could create memories and save them.

I would say no laptop or computer because I need my phone. I need to be able to talk to my family and my friends.

I think the internet should shut down for a month. Let's see how crazy people can get. People can't live without the internet.

Already do this. I don't even have cell phone service. I only use really easy internet when I'm at home I think more people should do that and be more aware of their surroundings when they go outside People are so stuck on their phones that it really is an addiction and I can understand it, but we need to break that cycle
