Would you rather give up sugar or salt for a month? I don't think I could survive a month without seasoning my food with salt, so I would give up sugar.

Yeah so I just rather give us sugar cause I just use fruits for the sugar know what I mean by that is like I just literally sit there and just eat my fruit if I'm feeling like having sugar

I'd rather, well it depends, if it's only, if it's strictly salt then I would give up salt but if it could be like, you know, like Slappy Mama seasoning and Tony seasoning, as long as I could still use that without salt then I'm perfectly fine without salt.
