So if you feel comfortable definitely share your story but if not you can also just hit yes or no I'm just curious of how many moms out there have experienced postpartum depression and anxiety rage or psychosis me personally I struggled a lot with postpartum anxiety and I still kind of do although it's so much better but I didn't even really realize that I was struggling with it at the time like in the newborn phase I thought that I was fine because I wasn't depressed I was like the happiest I've ever been in my whole life and the only thing that I really need to look for was you know postpartum depression it's the only thing that's really talked about which I'm very glad that it is but I don't think we talk about the other postpartum issues that mom's gonna have like anxiety or rage or psychosis I think that there still needs to be some more awareness about those so I'm just curious if you experienced any Any of them

I definitely feel like I've been dealing with some postpartum depression or postpartum anger, so I am actually going to talk to a therapist today because I'm not one for taking medication and that's what they usually do.

I really hope that talking to the therapist helps and that they're not one of the ones that just push medication on you Because I feel the same way. I really don't Like to take medications either and I hate when they push it.

It's so hard. Even if it's not that bad, it's still so hard.

I totally did, especially whenever I was younger, but the hormone drops that happen obviously trigger that a lot, but I'm glad you're talking about it because more people need to talk about it and make it normal.

I wholeheartedly agree that it needs to be normalized because it is normal. It's so normal. So many people experience it. I haven't had anyone on here yet say that they didn't experience it, which is pretty crazy.

Yes, definitely. I just didn't really think that was a thing, but um, when with my first, I would just have her, I would just be sitting down with her and thinking, oh my god, what if I fall and she dies, or what if this and-

Yes, same. I did have postpartum depression. I think what has helped me has been taking therapy and just being patient with myself.

I'm so sorry that you're going through it, but I think it's really awesome that you're in therapy for it. You're doing all the right things. You're an awesome mama.

It is definitely really hard when you already have like mental health things going on before you have kids like for me I had a really bad anxiety and then I feel like having a kid just makes it so much worse and so much harder

My daughter is currently 20 months old. She's my only and I was not diagnosed with anything, but I definitely think I experienced postpartum anxiety and also postpartum rage.
