I always sleep with my phone next to me but I need to start paying away because I love staying up super late just going on when I know it's gonna be right there and then first in the morning I end up being on my phone was like I just adding too much screen time and I spend I think like 90% of my damn phone just not good so I need to stop

Yeah, thinking about it, mine's right beside me, beside my pillow. I just remembered I should have it far away from me because I think there was some article, you know, me and articles, something about the phone emitting some radiation so it should be away from me. But I'm on the phone 90%, 99% because I work from it in my laptop so that doesn't bother me. Well yeah, you should really be away from your head.

And to answer your question of being on the phone too much, if you think you're on the phone too much and it's not necessary, you can literally go into settings and tell yourself how many hours you need to be on your phone and then it locks you out after that. I don't have to explain, you're not really locked you out but you know, you cannot let you know, you can set an alarm, you can give yourself a schedule, right? And then put it right away from where you can reach, put it where somewhere you have to get up out of your bed to pick it up. doubt

I usually am on my phone up until like right when I fall asleep which isn't good. So I've been trying to charge it away from my bed, but I don't do it very often.

It's been some thing that I have said for ages that I'm going to stop doing and seeing this message has brought a conviction to me that I need to get my phone away from my bed because it's not healthy in anyway because of the radiation but also that habit of picking up your phone first thing in the morning is not ideal so I'm gonna go get an old school alarm clock

I keep my phone away for me and it's a big thing on the desk in my room I do use it as an alarm clock but it's away for me I don't want to touch it I don't want to like have the urge to check in at night you know if I wake up to go P or anything like that yeah I don't want it to be so close and I also don't want to remember my life is like someone who just woke up and picked up their cell phone as soon as I woke up person in the morning like there's more to life than a cell phone and then

It's not healthy, I get phoned next to you. I put my phone on the end table. That's how I do that.

So every night I turn my phone on airplane mode enter do not disturb and I unplug my Wi-Fi every night and I put my phone in another room and that is what I do I like to try to protect myself from the EMF set an all that stuff that's not good for us

So I try to keep it away but I'm not sure if it counts as a way to keep my phone on the furthest side of my nightstand but yeah I'm not sure if that's considered far or close

Yeah I sleep with her next to me too but I probably shouldn't because I feel like it makes me stay up longer than I should be
