So I was on TikTok the other day and I saw someone post about an amazing deal on a speaker. And I am in the market for a speaker but I realized when I got to the website that it was refurbished. Now I'm not typically wanting to buy refurbished tech but I also want to know that it's reliable. Does anyone have some great recommendations of websites or platforms where you can buy refurbished tech?

So it depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for anything sort of in the phone space with accessories and so on, someone I know, who used to work in the same spaces, built a company called ReLove Technology. So ReLove Technology in one word. He's an amazing guy, he's doing amazing things and it's really, really solid. I've bought from it as well, it's brilliant. And yeah, there's some other exciting things happening here.

And that's actually, without saying too much, with a few other guys, I'm actually building a platform in this exact space, finding great deals on high quality pieces that no one else can find, that we kind of dig out for you in many ways. And also when it comes to finding things like these and finding deals, I've tagged Errol here because he is an absolute expert at this.

Yeah absolutely and there's a ton of market places are there that specialise in this real Love is one of them for mobile phones but a lot of mobile carriers in the UK now like 02 and Giffgaff Vodafone and a few other if there is actually bring out their own refurbished tech we have some of the dead the dead he couldn't have like a pawnshops in the US but they buying so if I was take like like CX cash converters things like that but any places

Honestly, aside from that, this was something I bought as a work phone. And it's the iPhone XR. I don't know, I don't know. But something like that. Really good phone, as new. I would never have been able to tell it wasn't new, but I got it for £400 rather than a thousand or whatever they go for. So definitely worth checking out. That was real love, technology by the way.

For the refurbished products that I have purchased I've only ever bought from Best Buy they're usually credible and they're kind up to me they're like the electronic version of a Carfax even if you get some thing you know they can tell you what was wrong with it so if something else does come up you know they can look back into it so yeah

I totally agree with you because still you're getting customer support if it's something wrong with the item that you bought or anything

Good to know. I didn't know they offered a service for refurbished things. I have to check them out. Yeah, there are a few things on my list that I feel like I don't really want to make the investment, but definitely want them. So I'm going to check Best Buy Out when I get a chance.

Runs a call like that I think I ran my favorite place for this kind of stuff that something was craigslist but I know how to exit became and then let go but like I got bought out by I'm offer up and I is OfferUp there's a couple of refurbished amplification systems for guitars and base that I'm interested in and we'll see how that goes with it you having a soundbites keep it up

Honestly YouTube or Twitter on their people buying and selling my old cameras and equipment and stuff like that that you couldn't really find value him but the thing is you have to negotiate because a lot of them go see if you want a camera for like 1500 bucks don't say old Brennan box lightly used and then they want to sell it for 12 controls without my depreciation value the moment at the box open so yeah go there
