What do you guys do when you're having a rough day to kind of turn it around I'm having a rough day is a little bit of a rough week a little bit of a rough year little bit of a rough life but I'll do my best to stay positive and I don't really talk about it a lot or try to let it get to me but some days it's easier than others and I'm just curious some tips you guys have or things that you guys do when you're having a hard time to kind of help you get through it and help you turn your mood around

I'm sorry you were having such a hard day on Friday. I wish I could have been there for you Honestly, I think talking about it or just like validating how I'm feeling like letting myself. No, it's okay to have a bad day.

Seems to really help me like just allowing myself to know it's okay to just have an off day And that seems like to help me just kind of come around come out of it That's my go-to.

Get out of the house and going outside always helps me especially if it's sunny out the sun really does help fresh air is always best for the mind

I'm a pothead so when I do have a bad day I just smoke and smoke and smoke whenever I can I can I relieves a little bit of my stress and anxiety but the same time can kind of cause it to be worse

Are used to be a really big pothead and then all of a sudden it like stopped working for me and just like you're saying it like started making my anxiety and stress worse and so I just thought doing it and sometimes I miss it but

I feel like I can hear the stress in your voice and I hope everything gets better. When I'm having a bad day, I try to get out and not out for a walk, like out to spend money because that makes me happy.

Honestly, the best thing I can say is try to focus on your self-care. I put a goal of losing weight this year. I signed up for the gym at the beginning of January and I've been pretty consistent going at least three to four times a week.

I've also been trying to limit my social media intake. I mean, it's kind of hard because I'm working on social media. But limiting who I follow, if something makes me insecure, I stop following them. So that helps.

If I'm being completely honest, I really haven't seen much weight difference, but I feel a lot stronger and my confidence has been boosted a ton just by going because I can feel it in my clothes. So, honestly, just working out and exercising relieves so much stress.

I definitely agree I really need to get like a good self-care routine down I know that's like an area that I'm really really like lacking in that I would like really be beneficial for me but it's about social media as well

That's definitely something I'm trying to do but just like you're saying it's really hard when that is part of what you do for work. So I'm trying to just find that balance and I definitely agree that I think unfollowing thing.

Like, unfollowing people are things that make you, like, not feel good and just having, like, more positive stuff that you see and positive people. but yeah, it's definitely hard to find that like balance when it's part of your work.

Go out for a walk seriously it has been on whenever I'm feeling down I go out for a walk so do you do exercise it releases such toxins from your body that it helps you to develop a good mental state you need to try that

Oh I definitely agree being with my son playing with him reading him books watching one of our shows that we like to watch together like definitely just makes me feel so much better like whenever I'm just having a bad day I could just look at him and it's better

Honestly I just tried to tell myself that bad days and everybody has bad days it's completely normal but I know that when you're caught in a bad day I can literally feel like that another world and it can be very hard
