Okay, so I had to delete my shit because I didn't even answer your question. But this topic did come up the other day when I was receiving energy healing and a lot of anger was surfacing. So I guess I'm the type of person that I hold on to anger. I'm not typically an angry person.

Person and I guess I don't realize it, but I suppress the anger So I have to find a healthy outlet to release it and I guess working out is a healthy way, but I I don't do it consciously that.
