Do you guys like to hit your cardio before you start lifting weights or after you start lifting weights? It really depends on my mood, but typically I'll do it after. I feel like I'm getting more of a pump that way instead of doing it before it's more like a warm-up. Instead of like, real cardio. Does that make sense?
I don't know what I've been doing before but I've realized that when I do do that at least me being tired on the actual workout so I might start doing them after.
After definitely one of my close friend is a personal trainer and he told me that's the best way to do it So yeah it's kind of just a habit now and usually if I do it before I'm too tired to even do it so yeah
I would say after I start lifting weights because me personally I want to focus more on lifting heavy I don't want to get too tired before whereas you know I can't lift what I usually can so after for me is best
Cardio was good, but when it comes to working out, I actually love to move weight Like the way it feels. I like the way I feel what I'm empowered when I lift the weight up, but cardio I still get cardio with that too.
Definitely after just because I otherwise I use all the energy that I have so when I'm trying to lift weights I'm just very fatigued and I don't do intense cardio usually so afterwards works best for me
