I think that sometimes as we get our day going we forget to talk nice to ourselves and you should do that. My favorite one is I am worthy of love that is consistent and doesn't leave me confused. I'm smart. I'm just playing. No, but I love this too. I basically say all of these to myself. But yeah, I definitely know my self-worth and I just keep my head up every day. You know, those things will come. Those things that I desire will come.

Yes, I love all these affirmations and it's true, you have to be able to be yourself completely in a relationship because if not, then eventually the facade will fade and you'll be super unhappy because you were never meant to be in it. You're forcing something that's not what's yours. And also the first one, the love that doesn't leave you confused. It's like, yeah, those hit. Those are really good. Thanks.
