Citing times, you know what your MVP is, you know what you want to give to the market. You've got your tech roadmap down to the point where you know exactly when you're going to have a product to give out to the world. But what we don't just have yet is the mapping of our actual target audience. Now there are a few different things here that you need to be aware of. There is your total market, which can be massive. anybody who falls within the scope of what you're providing, then you have your serviceable market, which are the ones that would likely use something that you are giving out. Then there is your obtainable market, which is the smallest one of all of them, which is the what which are the ones and your audience that can not only use or be interested in what you're providing, but that you realistically think you can get to and sign up or bring in as customers or clients. So now you need to figure out your buyer persona and your obtainable market. So you've got to figure out what is the demographic, what's the use case? Are you selling to small businesses? Are you selling to corporates? Are you selling to consumers? Make sure you know all of this before you go to market because now what we're going to do next is figure out, right, you have your persona, you know the buyer, you know them inside out. And on top of that, you know the size of the obtainable market that you're expecting to get so that you can build forecasts and so on in the back of that, which we're going to do later down the line. And now the next thing from here is we need to create a go to market strategy. There's any questions around buyer personas, target audiences, obtainable serviceable markets anything like that do let me know otherwise go get that that biopersona mapped out.

So my favorite thing by far is design thinking. And this is so applicable to anything you're doing, especially starting a business. The one thing I tell people all the time is, you are not your user. Don't assume the way that you like people to communicate and talk to you is the way that your audience wants to be communicated with or even talk to. Sometimes you're talking at them. Sit down and actually get to know your audience. you are not your user.

Yeah, absolutely. And this is a downfall I see all the time. So many times people create super cool products with product in mind rather than the user in mind. So you can have the coolest, slickest, sexiest product and user interface, but no one's asking without anybody asking for it. So I completely agree with your point.
