I hope this picture doesn't trigger anyone but I have been on a pomegranate like crazy lately. I love them so much. I've been prepping them and I don't really eat snacks but it's kind of in my snack this past week so I wanted to know what to go to fruit lately. Put me on to something. Maybe there's stuff that I haven't been trying. They're so basic. I don't know what else I could not have tried already. Let me know.
You know what? It is so crazy that like I've had berries in like smoothies and in juices but I've never just eaten a berry I think except for strawberries. other than that I've never like just eaten like a blueberry
I'll go to fruit of lately has been berries and citrus. I don't know, any fruit with like some juice in it, to be honest, anything juicy. But yeah, man, exotic fruits as well, to be fair. Just all of them, to be honest.
I don't think I've ever had an exotic fruit yet. I know there's this one fruit that I really like that is from Haiti because my family's Haitian. I don't know what it's called in English, but it's called Quinep. If I find the translation, I'll get back to you. I think it's as close as it got to me and I love that. I love citrus fruits too. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to them, but I do love them so much.
I would say blueberries because I use them every single day in my smoothies and it just feels really good to know that I'm getting a lot of antioxidants and fiber.
Yeah, I've never looked at a blueberry and said, I'm just going to pop one of those into my mouth and eat them. But whenever I see them as an ingredient within a smoothie or juice, I'm like, sign me up. So yes, I'm on board with you with that. I've never had them by themselves, but I do know that they're good.
Lately I've been really into watermelon and that's crazy for me because as a kid I hated it so much but yeah I definitely eat watermelon every single morning
is so wild. You know what's the crazy thing about watermelon? I've only considered it as a summer fruit so I've only had it in the summer. I don't really eat it often, maybe once every other year. And the way that my family eats it is that we sprinkle sugar on top of it. I don't know why, we just sprinkle it, we cut them up, put sugar on it, make them sit in the fridge for a little bit, and then we eat it. And I don't know, it's a good old time. I don't know if that's something you're interested in trying, but by all means.
Oh wow, I never thought about putting sugar on top. You know what? Girl, you should have never told me that because I feel like that's going to be my new addiction. Like, I got some watermelon already cut up in the fridge. I'm about to put some sugar on it. Mmm. Yup, yup. Thank you.
Yeah, I don't think I've ever actually just like had blueberries. Although, just the other day my friend got me a blueberry lemonade from Wendy's and you know what? I wasn't mad at it. It was a great time. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. But honestly, it was very sweet.
Oh god, I wish I liked them. I just, I have something about, I think it's because I'm allergic to citrus like something about strawberries just it really, I can't enjoy it and bananas are just my enemy. I just, I prefer an avocado. I just... a banana is just... I know it's good for me. I just hate it.
My go to fruit has and always will be a banana I'm just to let you know nothing better than a nice sweet red banana also I like to play a lot of sports go to the gym and in a banana is the perfect kind of pre-workout you know energy boost
