No the answer is no because it is not correct grammar you would not say you're drinking ice that is incorrect grammar you say that you're eating ice so therefore you're eating ice inside you're drinking water when you're drinking water because you were not eating water you're drinking it although you can replace both of the words with the word consume your consuming ice and you were consuming water
